NHS 111:

If we are closed and you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency you should call 111, visit 111 online or contact 111 through the NHS app.

The following are examples of when to call 111:

  • You think you may need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service
  • You don’t know who to call or you don’t have a GP to call
  • You need health information or reassurance about what to do next
  • You are advised by Practice staff to call 111

Calls to this service are free from both landlines and mobiles. A call handler will assess your problem and advise you on what to do next.
