If we have agreed that you may have repeat prescriptions for your medication, there are a number of ways you can order these.
1. Via the NHS App: NHS App and your NHS account – NHS
This directly links to your medical record. You can view you prescription and when this is ready to collect. For more information on how to order though the NHS App please see here Request or view prescriptions – NHS App help and support – NHS
2. Drop-in box in Reception:
Drop off the right hand slip of your repeat prescription into the prescription box at reception. Ticking the items that you want. Or complete a repeat prescription slip.
3. Through your Pharmacy:
Ask your local pharmacy if they are able to order your repeat medication. They will be able to order this for you as per your repeat prescription for this to be ready to collect with them.

Did you know your pharmacy can help with many minor conditions? They can offer treatments for tonsillitis, uncomplicated UTIs in women, sinusitis, ear ache, shingles, impetigo and infected insect bites. Some pharmacies can also offer contraceptive pill checks and advice, free emergency contraception, BP checks, flu and covid vaccinations and more.
4. Through our online form:
Complete an admin query through our online form. Click here Contact us about your request or this can be found on our homepage by clicking the big yellow button at the top of the page. State what you would like to order and this will be sent straight to our reception team.
5. Online ordering:
- Ask the reception staff for an online registration form
- You will need to provide 2 forms of ID – one photo ID and one address ID
- The process takes 3-4 weeks. You can collect your login information once ready or this can be posted to you.
- Once you are online, you can order your repeat prescriptions online!
6. By Post:
Post the right-hand side of your repeat prescription to us, ticking the items you want. Or write clearly which repeat items you would like.
Medication Queries:
If you have a medication query you can submit an admin query through our online form or through your NHS app.
