If we have agreed that you may have repeat prescriptions for your medication, there are a number of ways you can order these.
ONLINE ORDERING
- Ask the reception staff for an online registration form
- You will need to provide 2 forms – one photo ID and one address ID
- The process takes 3-4 weeks, you will receive details in the post
- Order your repeat prescriptions online!
BY POST
- Please use the right hand side of a previous prescription OR clearly state what repeat medication you require
POST BOX IN RECEPTION
- Please use the right hand side of a previous prescription OR clearly state what repeat medication you require and put this is the prescription request box in the reception area at surgery.
NOMINATE YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY
- Ask your local pharmacy if they are able to order your repeat medication
- If you sign up to electronic prescribing your prescription will sent directly to the pharmacy
