Join us for the Parkrun for the NHS on 08/07/23!

NHS staff and volunteers, as well as local communities, will be encouraged to ‘parkrun for the NHS’ at parkrun events on Saturday 8 July or junior parkrun events on Sunday 9 July – both starting at 9am.

‘Parkrun for the NHS’ is an opportunity for parkruns and their local communities to acknowledge the huge contribution that the NHS makes to the health of the nation and celebrate all the staff and volunteers, past and present, who have made the NHS what it is.

Parkruns are a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it’s up to you! Please register before you come along. Parkruns are every Saturday at 9:00am.

Our nearest parkruns are at Concord Park and Hillsborough park.
